Susan manages the business operations of Ray White Prestige, bringing her expertise as a professional business consultant and corporate psychologist.  Having practised as a corporate psychologist for more than 30 years, Susan has assisted CEO’s, executive teams and middle managers across a range of industries.  As a founder and partner of Mentors Psychology for Business, Susan’s work has included executive coaching and mentoring, team development programs, culture change initiatives and leadership development programs.

Susan plays a central role in ensuring that Ray White Prestige is a responsive and dynamic business servicing the real estate needs of the upper northern beaches. As the business manager, Susan’s role is to foster excellent business practice standards to ensure that the business is up to date, compliant and runs smoothly. More recently Susan has completed her real estate license further enhancing her understanding and contribution to real estate practices.

Noel, as the principal agent and franchisee, exudes energy, enthusiasm and brilliance in sales, marketing and negotiation; Susan complements his style by focusing on structure and excellence in business practice.
