In the 160-seat restaurant, one of the most remarked-upon features are the chandeliers crafted from old vines. The Alibi Brewery bar features intricate brickwork and hand-crafted beer taps.

In the luxuriously appointed ‘Decanter Room’ the inspiration for the estate’s name is revealed – a unique collection of tantalus cases. A tantalus is an elegant antique case for keeping the best drinks in the house secure. That’s why each tantalus has a special lock and key.
